That is a SOLID phone! Kudos to LG for making such a beautiful yet strong smartphone with completely flush features and no protrusions. It's indeed flying like a G6!

LG superfan, 04 Apr 2017Because 950xl has heat pipeYeah it was a smart move from LG to learn from Microsoft,but Microsoft had a reason to put a heat pipe due to the overheating problem of the SD810 while the SD821 doesn't have that problem,so with the heat pipe the SD821 can work perfectly running on a 2k HD screen.
But Microsoft HAD to put a heat pipe and the 2 main reasons are 2k HD 5'7 inch screen and problematic SD810.Without a heat pipe the 950 XL would be a worthless phone.Even Sony knows that and used a FHD screen with SD 810.And other manufacturers.

I'm impressed of LG G6's solid build with that steel beam design of the frame and glass tucked in it, much more durable than the biscuit HTC U Ultra.

I have watched the tear down, burn, bend and scratch test of LG i seen LG is a sturdy phone plus easy and cheap to fix if you have problem. Jerryrig video sure can give insight what might happen about the phone you will buy. LG is all glass so you need to put TG and a case unlike all metal back.
