And Android Wear is building momentum with the surprising jump on board of the big watch companies. I think that 2017 will be the year when smartwatches will get a bit cheaper and more mainstream because of that(in my opinion, 300$+ is a crazy price for a phone company smartwatch, it doesn't even come close to a phone priced the same in functionality), but for now it's just an tech enthusiast thing.
