AnonD-625786, 27 Feb 2017Or people have different preferences and like different designs. Yh, I guess... sorry lol
This phone looks like that skinny, 6 foot tall girl who hit puberty early in fifth grade. Have fun trying to pinch-hold this awkward device.
Anonymous, 01 Mar 2017Majority of people who get samsung phones like that it doesn't look stockSamsung's UI toes a fine line that has it's own individuality but doesn't stray too far away from Stock Android unlike cheap-looking unpolished Chinese UI's.
That's why unlike Chinese UI and more like Stock Android, Samsung still has a decently designed UX, good flat icons, an app drawer and an option to remove iOS-style frames around icons.
That's I feel they should make the navigation icons more stock. The current design looks like it was inspired from Windows Mobile.

I think there is understanding that it is less convenient and pleasant to use, but unfortunately it sells. The big benefit is you can fit a bigger screen in, but to me it doesnt mean a thing if sides of my content are distorted and displayed in opposite directions like "hey, phone, why are you showing part of my picture to a random dude sitting next to me on the bus, I aint got eyes there".

Anonymous, 28 Feb 2017Use it with a case. Boom, solved.Cases are hard to fit and it is very fragile
Anonymous, 28 Feb 2017they should get rid those edge.... its useless Only the best thing ever invented on phones.
Instead of bezels you get more screen. Sure you don't have to use it (it's hard to use anyway), but at least it's not useless bezel that shows nothing too.
they should get rid those edge.... its useless
