Today is confirmed that Gs series will be behind Vs series for future. Feel sorry for Gs Fans. Afraid that they will close Gs and focus on Vs. Having 2 flagship with same purpose is bad for business.

You do realize that Huawei's high-end models are not that cheap, and they're better quality than LG's phones? LG makes phones that are expensive, but not worth it.

It indeed looks great. However i do wish they would have just world on redesigning the modular idea. Even Samsung is still reforming and tweaking their design and symmetry since the s6 and edge. And it was a hit.
And the G5 is no where near what the trolls claim.
Rework it to be a bit more consistent and intuitive, and offer more useful add ons and it would work better.
But then it might have bezels and be 1mm thicker or even just .5mm.....oh gee the horror. .....

Design looks really great. I love the smooth curved screen edges and the subtle LG logo on the front. I just hope it's a metal phone, at least the grey one. If it is, I might just switch my S7 edge for it, since LG is always $100-200 cheaper than Samsung, while offering 99% of features

I had G2, motherboard stopped working, I got another G2 from my company, after 3 monthts yellow stain started appearing over the screen. Very common issue. The replaced the screen and I sold it. After this G4 cam and I said "let's give it a try". Superb camera, the best I ever had but that was it. Awful battery life (half a day) and after 6 months motherboard "died". Again, I replacednit and sold the phone. I heard at least 2 more perso s having the same issue. No more LG for me
