Harman is known as a premium quality band, Samsung is not, actually they are known for the opposite. Not bad, but cheap and rarely premium.

HTC has had the best audio quality but people don't buy based on audio quality nor headphone jacks (otherwise the iPhone wouldn't have sold any). They buy based on branding and their wallets and after sales support.

              Wonder if Harman's shares will fall all the way back to 77.91 (early Nov price) if the offer is blocked...

                So, what the problem? Isnt Samsung paying more? Shareholders...typical greedy businessmen. In the end they will get nothing. $0 deal.
