Yes crismas is not prominent in India and not important but still companies want some reason to increase sells and people want some reason to celebrate.

Xiaomi has too many fans in India. They can easily grab 2nd place in market by launching more models and ensuring stocks. Its long time since Redmi Note 3 launched, Redmi 3s & Prime are just entry level. Redmi Note 4, Mi 5s & Plus, Air notebooks, Redmi 4A/4/Prime, Mi Max, Redmi Pro & Mi Note 2 all are pending launch in India. We need atleast 4-5 new models each year

This not going to sell well. I read a lot from reviewer saying it have one of the most annoying software. Though, one thing we all can agree with is the camera prowess. It have amazing camera for its price range.
