AnonD-559772, 24 Nov 2016For your kind information Oppo, Vivo & OnePlus is under one Ownership i.e. BBK Electronics.Although they were originated from bbk, they are completely separate brands with their own market share, own production line up, and own marketing strategy.

Actually OnePlus is owned by Oppo. And Oppo & Vivo are owned by BBK. Tecnically this means all three brands are own by BBK. But this doesn't mean they don't compete among themselves. Vivo & Oppo have separate marketing and sales departments.

AnonD-146024, 24 Nov 2016That still won't help that poor 720p 5.5 inch screen. Oppo F1s comes with a very cheap, low performance, entry level MediaTek MT6750 SoC which does not even support 1080p/ FullHD resolution. Hence you have just 720p/ HD display on F1s.

Providing a huge 4GB RAM with this phone is purely for marketing reasons, as their arch rival Vivo have made a 4GB version of this same hardware base named V5. Actually the pesky MT6750 on both phones cannot effectively use all the 4 GB. You need powerful SoCs like Mediatek Helios X20 or Snapdragon 652 to fully utilize that amount of memory. Both phones are total waste of money and targeted to selfie maniacs.

For the same money I will go blindly for Vivo V3Max. You get a powerful SD 652 , 4 gigs of RAM, FullHD screen, great built quality, reasonably good battery, fast charging, fast charger and default VoLTE support. Also Xiaomi Mi Max with SD652 is a great option provided you want a huge over 6 inch display size.

                  It's 720p. Not 1080p.

Android lollipop not optimized enough to keep up with it efficiently.
Oppo must update it to android 7.0 asap.
