Guess this is really n... moreor maybe US folks just don't stick to only Samsung or 1 brand and prefers Apple usually, since Android also operates in multiple brands, so the "FOREVER" plan might really not work always

The same has happened with the iphone forever plans here in my country. Guess this is really not that popular or that customer satisfaction is not really as high as its portayed in the surveys.
