Guys , whosoever is facing the corrupted problem there is a simple solution for it.
even i was facing the same problem i contacted the htc customer care and he walked me through the process and i got the update all correct.
1) restart your phone in safe mode.
2)then start your update (but remember your connection should be very constant and above 4mbps, otherwise the file go corrupted if the connection is lost in the way for even 5 secs)
3)it will take around 40 mins for the download and another 25 mins for installation.
happy downloading and trust me sense 7 works like a charm :)

Update your "HTC service- HTC PNS" and "Android system web view" and then download the update again. It will work. It worked for me like that.
