This is a very bad move by Google and that to with idea!!
I have been illegally charged by 'NQ Mobile Antivirus'. They mentioned they charge 20 bucks for the upgrade. But they deducted 50 bucks and there was no upgrade at all!!
!DEA is the worst operator interms of solving such issues.
It seems like they have tie up with these fraudsters to eat away the money.
They can't even identify for which purpose the money got deducted!!!!!!!!!!!

Indonesia already use Indosat Google Carrier Billing since December 2014, and other carriers followed 2015

I have made payment through idea cellular to buy poweramp full version... It costs me 56% more service charges. Poweramp cost on playstore is ₹67 but while paying through idea cellular i paid ₹103.

I don't know if it's the same thing but I used to be able to purchase items from the play store a few years ago through my Vodafone account, if it's coming back cool. :-)
