Good gosh I'm constantly amazed by how people find a way to complain about good news.
First off, Twitter has been available for ages. This is hardly the first time Windows phones have had access to Twitter. Not only that, but there are third-party alternatives that are consistently better than the first-party applications even on Android or iOS.
Second off, Microsoft has not given up on Windows 10. Windows 10 is getting consistent updates to both the OS and its applications, and it gets better with every subsequent update.
Third, Windows 10 Mobile is beautiful and I've been using it for months. It's not perfect but it's certainly a better operating system than iOS and it feels more enjoyable to use than Android.

Just like with moving from win 3.0 and all the way to win 10. There were talk about a link between wp and Android apps, but ms even killed that idea.

From the title of the article, reader can get impress that there was no Twitter app for WP. Yesterday update of the app bumped it to version 5.0.
Update made Twitter an universal W10 app and some great improvements in app design following W10 design language.
If GSM Arena don't like the W10 platform, they should at least quit giving wrong info about it. There are many people that don't read articles and jumps from title to comments not knowing what the're talking about.

Looks like even GSMA is not interested into Windows Platform anymore. This is clear from their way of writing for any Windows related article. They do it but only half-heartedly writing only a couple of lines for a Windows related article. Sigh!
