Unlike Apple, Samsung have that little feature called the Memory Card Slot, so you can increase the size of the memory on your phone. Ergo, there is no need for them to make a dedicated 128gb memory phone, apart from the Galaxy S6, which had no card slot so had varying levels of internal memory. Samsung have realised the error of their ways by not having a card slot on the S6, having reintroduced this on the S7.
