It's hard to find terminals that aren't contactless in Australia. Android pay will be accepted anywhere with contactless terminals right?

The only compatibility issues may be with banks not getting on board. Looks like they're off to a pretty good start though

    AnonD-17375, 16 Dec 2015so, what are you using now? google is for all android devices, not just samsung. that would be... morewhy create another system if there is already one? that will confuse people...especially regarding sensitive thing like credit cards and money.. choices are nice..but it will useless if it will be there and left untouched..just like samsung junk apps

      I've been able to use Android pay here in the states, but it's hit or miss at times. At my place of work, I've successfully been able to use it without issue, other places, not so much. At Walgreens for instance I went to use Android pay and the electronic pad just sat there doing nothing. The cashier wasn't much help either, as they aren't trained on this tech in the slightest. We're having a hard enough time just getting those chip enabled cards to work, let alone NFC payments...

        I hope Google will bring Android Pay to Android Wear too. I have a Sony Smartwatch 3 and it comes with NFC support.

                  CommonWealth Bank already has android pay via their official for any devices wiz NFC since quite sometimes and Google just announced these rubbish news🤔
