Snapdeal and amazon are official partners for selling these phones and snapdeal is selling this for more than a month. I brought it from snapdeal. Win HD lte is a good phone

These two Windows Phones have been available on SnapDeal for a while now. Maybe third-party importers had it listed on the ecommerce website, but people in India are already used to non-Lumia Windows Phones.
