There are news on the Internet that some Mr. Rahul has received the update and that it weighs 409.8 Mb..So probably people will start receiving the update in the other regions...
BTW he is a canvas A1 user..

Google is could not meet its promise so they are now saying that only lucky few will get update over OTA updates. Belive me it will take 1-2 month before you get lucky..
