It really looks like a bad quality built to be honest. I would wait for their X3 Rachael instead. Only way I can be excited about this if it priced right.

I can't believe my eyes! SE used to show some inventions in terms of design, but this one looks like an ugly cheap old-fashioned one. I cannot compare it to X3 design-wise.

As a huge fan of SE devices, and particularly of the beautifully designed Xperia X1, I must tell that if these leak-pics are true, it'll be a huge fall-back for the series, the brand and the industry. Scrabble looking qwerty keyboard lies underneath a cheap spotted metalic look-like frame, sporting slightly updated features, and running under old fashioned and troubled WinMo OS. Let's just skip the fake Xperia X3 poorly PhotoShopped one. Fortunately, forecoming Satio minds the gap and help us out, altough we'll be missing a contemporary OLED display, and the true qwerty keyboard and the unprecedented elegance of the Xperia X1.

i have to say that SE lacks originality in desing.. all SE phone have 90* angles and same menu. more than that,x2 runs WM... it's to much bussnis and is not practical ( to many smal icons and no eye candy, enter the setings).
in my opinion, Symbian and iphone's OS are the best. practical, intuitive, user friendly, both simple and elegant.
best phone desing i like something like.. e71, n93, n95, viewty, iphone, etc... these phones can be recognised from 20 feet, and they got personality and they don't look like any other phones on the market. when i look in the SE category, they all look alike (ex: V630 k618 w200 w610 k530).

It's using Qualcomm MSM7200 SoC @ 528 MHz (only available freq.) and that's to weak for WiMo 6.5... hell it's tight for really tailored Android, but for WiMo will be slooow!
WiMo 6.5, or "Windows Phone" Cortex A8 is THE MUST HAVE!
And Satio has Cortex A8 SoC from Texas Instruments ;)
And since upcoming Miotorola Android device will have Cortex A8, it's reasonable to presume that Xperia X3 will have Cortex A8 to...
so, GSM summit 2010, and X3 is the time for going for Xperia phone ;)
