vivo Android Rumors

The vivo X30 is getting announced on December 16 and we know pretty much everything there is about the device. From its OLED punch-hole display to its quad-cam setup with 60x hybrid zoom and Exynos 980 SoC, the X30 is shaping up to be a true flagship contender.

The latest news comes from a pair of hands-on images that give us a hint of another new feature on the X30 - Jovi OS 1.0 which is believed to replace FuntounchOS. The skin appears to be based on Android 9 which is rather disappointing but this could just be a pre-production unit. Looking through the About Phone section we also see the device is bearing the V1938T model number and comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

There’s also confirmation on the Exynos 980 chipset which is clocked at 2.2 GHz and supports dual-mode 5G. We also get another look at the quad-cam setup and periscope module on the back. The main camera is coming in at 64MP while the accompanying periscope unit will be capable of 5x optical zoom and up to 60x hybrid zoom.

On the pictures where someone hold the phone it dont look to be so big as 6.89inch display. I find it impossible to one hand use my redmi note 5 Pro even and it's only 6 inch

Didn't Vivo reveal on their Weibo that they've decided to cancel the Jovi OS name a few days ago due to fan backlash? GSMArena, please check your facts!
