New ASUS Chromebook made a premature appearance on online retailer Newegg's website. The device was named C302CA and the specs listed included 4GB of RAM, Intel Core m3 processor (4M Cache, up to 2.2 GHz), 64GB internal storage with microSD slot and 12,5" FullHD touchscreen.
After several hours the listing for the unannounced device was taken down. The guys over at Chromeunboxed.com are reporting that they already purchased one for $499 and we are eager to see what will happen to their order.
The immediate overturn of the listing tells us that ASUS are really planning a new chromebook and the data suggests it will be which is bigger, but thinner than the Flip, the current ASUS flagship Chromebook.
If you had one you would not talk such nonsense, I have 2 + a Cromebit for my TV ... I bought Chromebook for my mom and she loves it.
That's not true I have a 9.7" Asus Zenpad S3 10 and apps look awesome on it. There are a lot more tablet supported apps coming now now days too, but even majority of the phone-made apps look just as good. I feel Chrome OS is going to be a major compe...
Nobody in their right mind would buy them. They have almost no use in the real world.
