Motowatch 200 website is down since 03.06.2023. I dont think the motowatch 200 is ever going to be released. Shame because i was the one first in line to put my hands on it.

No wearOS is not a dealbreaker for me, I use a Huawei watch fit and it tracks workouts with GPS, heartrate, whatever. Tells the time. Has alarms. That's all I really need it to do. I must say though, thanks for letting me know, as I was under the impression this was a full fledged smartwatch and was considering picking up the 200. Well not anymore.

It's nice to have the google play store yeah, but it... moreTbh there's nothing smart about these watches other than a digital display - there are no sensors, no wifi or GPS, they're only a second screen strapped to your wrist, living off a phone through Bluetooth.
It looks like a smart watch and it's cheap, that's about it.

Do we really need another Apple Watch Lookalike that offers no Wear-OS? I mean, who buys into these smartwatches if you can get a galaxy watch 4 or 5 for the same price? If "battery" is your answer: if you turn off everything that this watches offer above the none-wear-OS watches they last longer aswell...
Sorry, I got no love for the none Wear OS watches.
