10/10 great phone. I don't need Bluetooth on always, great display, but **** Verizon. Get from manufacturer and it would be 11/10. Moto is power to you.

Ok so I went to Japan a couple weeks ago. I bought a Bluetooth keyboard while I was there and for some reason it says it needs ver. 5.0 Bluetooth and I'm like, "I have that version" but I can't seem to find the keyboard in pair new device. Care to explain? Or is my phone just really slow.
Not worth the money. The phone's wifi was hideously slow no matter what I did. I tried a lot of troubleshooting until I found a post online saying the Bluetooth was interfering. Switched Bluetooth off and immediately got full, normal WiFi speeds. Turn Bluetooth back on, wifi sucks. If you want a phone where you have to choose between useable wifi or connecting accessories (like buds or a watch) this is the phone for you! For everyone else that expects wifi and bluetooth should co-exist, don't buy this phone.
As has always been the case, few satisfied customers will post reviews, while disgruntled buyers will stop at nothing to vilify the company. I have first hand experience with this phone because my housemate, my mother and I ALL have the same phone. The phones are solid, reliable and, until someone installs 150+ apps and the associated services, the phones operate smoothly and reliably. Admittedly, they do have very rare, quirks. Motorola, in my experience, occasionally rolls out inadequately tested and debugged models (e..g. the T720).
Regarding commentary about Verizon,I think it's spot on. It's gone from being the gold standard of customer service to lackluster, infuriating scripted calls to Calcutta. How can one think OUTSIDE the box,when one can't even think INSIDE of it? Being threatened with disconnection by the "Financial Services Team", 5 days after the bill has been paid in full? Yes, QC has gone out the window the past few years Rather than making sniping generalizations, why not push back and demand 'ol school, customer service & QC return.
i was able to find one on clearance for $75US and while im not a fan of these gargantuan phones i gotta give it props. pretty clean pictures, the screen resolution is pretty great, and it feels very premium. also corner holepunch camera supremacy

It's an incredibly outstandingly mediocre phone, first off sometimes when under no load at all the phone will freeze for roughly 1-3 minutes (will not detect input of any kind). second, the camera app works about 30% of the time without crashing. third (the only plus) the battery will run you from 100% to about 48% by the end of the day with consistent use.
Decent enough phone for the price. I chose it when my old phone got dropped because of the 5G update. My only complaint is the screen is very sensitive. I have big hands and if I cup the phone in my hand it will launch things. Not much of an app guy so I cannot comment on that but it does mail and chat well enough.
So far it has turned off my wifi all by itself three times. Didn't know until my data tanked. A few days ago it turned on Do Not Disturb all by itself. Luckily I noticed the very small unknown icon on my screen and took the 4 or 5 steps to turn it off. I would have received no calls or texts. Got rid of pictures too. Nowhere to be found. No support in the US. I'm going to purchase a different phone with US support ASAP. The only positive thing I can say about this phone is that it has a great battery.

Bought it Summer of 2021. OK phone but has a lot of Querks. Keeps changing settings on logins. Phone is on all the time. Reboot every 3 days. I don't understand why it keeps changing.
Motorola is OK but slow & Verizon is USELESS. Walls are more responsive. Staff @ local Store is just like Web site

Amazon sold this reb phone and it was blocked. (IMEI number). Taking forever to get a refund or replacement.
