Motorola Android Announcement

A new budget Motorola phone was announced in Europe with the Moto G52. The device brings a Snapdragon 680 chipset, a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W charging.

You also get a 50MP main cam next to an 8MP ultrawide snapper and a 2MP macro cam as well as a 16MP selfie cam. G52 packs 4GB RAM and 128GB storage which is expandable via microSD. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and IP52 water-resistant design. The software front is covered by Android 12 with Motorola’s MyUX interface on top.

Moto G52 comes in Charcoal Grey and Porcelain White colors and will retail for €250. The phone is expected to go on sale later this month.

Bull$hit. Android, just like any other modern OS, will use ram depending on how much the device has. Basically, a device with lots of ram will cache a lot of data, whereas a device with little ram has to reuse ram more often. This logic also app...

Exactly. And PCs run the heavier versions of the apps not the light ones that are used for phones.
