I got this phone for free from my carrier and I gave it to my mother. But it seriously got me thinking why am I spending money on phones. A butter smooth device with great speakers and as a long time user of AMOLED screens I was actually pleasently surprised how good LCD screens have become. Seriously, I bought and immediately sold a Poco X3 back in the day because I couldn't look at the damn screen, but this one? It's perfectly fine. Yes, it's 720p but are you watching on a screen bigger than 7 inches? Screens are only gonna get better on these devices anyway, so just as MKBHD said: Cheap phones are getting good, and good phones are getting cheap.

From now received bimonthly Security Patch somewhere from January 2027. I don't think will see Android 16 this model.

As of June 2025, this is by far the best budget android in NZ. It's fairly cheap, has a decent Snapdragon chip with 5G and NFC and has recently been updated to Android 15. It's even better than the latest Galaxy A16

Just get latest Android 15 last month from Android 13 to Android 15 :) faster than Samsung lolololo good cheap phone for not heavy user better than A15 Samsung and A16

Bought an 8gb G34 off eBay for just under £100.
Very happy with it, lower resolution screen is perfectly fine, sound is good, camera is good , esim is fantastic, and it's quick with very good battery life.
So glad i didn't pay more....

Yes, the maximum brightness is not high, but it is enough. I have brightness in non-sunny time about 30%. In the sunny 70-80%. In direct sunlight it is closer to 100%.
And don't forget. Lower resolution = longer battery life.

Michael, 21 May 2025New automatic update received today. Version V1UGS35H.75-14-3-2 with security patch May 1, 2025.Yes confirmed but received the software update with Security Patch 1 May only with Wi-Fi . With Data Mobile SIM card don't See the Update!

Upgraded to Android 15. Lithuania. Everything works. Battery lasts 5-6 days with non-intensive use and 3 days with medium intensive use. On a scale of 10 I give the phone a 9.

For the moment OTA Update don't arrive and I try with Smart and Rescue Tools and don't See the New Software Update.
I have Problems with OTA Update the phone don't receive the New Android 15 only Flashing the divace with Smart and Rescue Tools!
And Now I can change the Manually Network Band after this major Update. I think ithe software t's controlled somewhat by Chinese i! All intentionally block this! Yes it's the last Motorola divace I'm not buying ! I think only Good products it's iPhone and Pixel Device!
