This was my second ever smartphone and man does it bring back some memories. It was an upgrade from my first (acer liquid Z220) much better performance and battery life. I actually really liked it back in the day. It even ran 3D games without a struggle. Mine was the XT1527 model with the Snapdragon MSM8916 quad core processor and it received the android 6.0 update. I just bought another on eBay for $20 because i want to revisit this piece of nostalgia. Great entry level phone at the time.

The last time I’ve used this phone was all the way back in December 2016. I want to use it again, but the app store won’t open properly. Is this because the phone is too outdated? Because I swear that it has had all its updates.

Very good Phone, have it since 2016, but now battery is dead.
Man if this had a replacement Battery like old Nokias.
Looking for a replacement. But all phones are huge bricks.

The best phone I ever had in my life I had it for 5 years, and I regret having changed it. The only bad thing was the update to 6.0.

My XT1527 Moto E2 is still working fine, battery keeps its charge & phone is still solidly useful - I upgraded to android 6.0 back in the day ... a great purchase for $100 new 8-9 years ago
I don't use it for social media so it matters little that farcebook etc won't talk to the browser any more ( prolly a good thing :P )

Feb 2024, I'm using one of these on e/OS. It's still a nice little phone, good battery life, good size (actually fits in your pocket!) Bit sluggish with some apps of course but if you're patient then it's ok. For £20 you can't go wrong.

Nostalgia to 2015 spring when i was in the hotel sheraton in lagos and i was watching 76ers vs jazz highlights on youtube on this phone on hotel wifi in the lobby eating a doughnut

Memory trip... Had this one for a few months before it was stolen from me. I was younger and I had little money so no way to get another one. I have fond memories of it, got the LTE version with the Snapdragon 410. I liked everything about this phone. Would have lasted me at least until 2018-2019 for sure.

Can... morefr man, It is an amazing phone but sadly my temper has been crushed as it fell off some stairs by mistake a couple of days ago if possible could you or someone recommend me a Tempered Glass for this version Thanks
