To use the camera on the screen side you have to press a button, then you see your face instead of behind camera.
It is not a high end phone, but works well except sometimes difficult to answer incoming calls.

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2024it always freezes that why I stopped using that garbage I've had this phone for a year and it definitely freezes which is very frustrating. Get a phone call and can't retrieve it or use any other feature. Soft resetting tends to resolve this problem, but I definitely don't recommend this phone.

Maybe a bad phone but I got it on clearance at Target for $17 and it makes a wonderful FM radio (I love Motorola for this). The FM app does come preinstalled but it’s hidden, you have to go to the Google Play Store to turn it on. I won’t be using this as a phone, camera, or Wi-Fi device. Just listen to my local radio stations on my Bluetooth headphones while I’m walking the dog, and best of all it looks like with this use I’ll only have to charge like once a week! Love it!!

I dropped it about 3 or 4 times on a hard floor and it's still alive it's very durable I don't understand why I see bad reviews probably the worst thing I could think of about this phone is that it lags sometimes other than that it's perfect and I got it for $50 which is even better

dont buy this phone no matter what. its got a bad screen, specs, camera, everything is low end. if youre on a budget, get a Galaxy S10, OnePlus 8, or something like that used. the moto g pure is manufactured e waste.

I have this phone blocked from a US company, I have been using it as a mini tablet with Wi-Fi for a year and a half, it has worked perfectly for me, that is, I remove almost all the apps from the background with the option to restrict in the settings battery, in addition to disabling the moto application, what this application does is consume the battery excessively. In a year and a half my battery lasts more than a day, the phone is very good, it never freezes, those who criticize it surely do not have patience, and want it to have high-end power. Motorola makes good devices.

Assterr, 27 Dec 2023then don't buy a phone with a helio g25 processor.gaslighting at its finest, lol. there's no excuse for this phone to run the way it does. i'm convinced motorola sank their money into paying their defenders than this piece of garbage. they could charge five dollars for this phone and it would be overpriced. come off your high horse.

My phone the Motorola G pure set my froze while I was in the middle of my review and I by the time I got it done and normal the review was already sent in so I didn't get to finish it so what I was going to say is that Motorola G or Motorola in particular should not be putting this phone out if they know there's this many problems this phone should not be sold at all until they fixed the problem because I can't do this phone anymore it's horrible phone

I'm still stuck with the Motorola G Pure that I've had now for five months. It has been a mess since the day I took it out of the package. It has actually gotten worse. I can't even use this phone to do do teleheath appointments because the phone will freeze up in the middle of my sessions.. I am disabled and have to use my phone for a loit of heath and finical reasons. I had a interview to renew my food assistance and during the interview my phone disconnected the call. I tried to call back but my phone kept informing me the UI wasn't registering to system. I had my food stamps stopped. I have had more problems then I can tell you and I don't care if this is a budget phone it should still work as a phone. I never know if I'll be able to make calls or if I will be able to use the iPhones key pad because some times that won't work. Or if I will be able to hear or be heard by the person I'm calling. If you look up anything about this phone you will get tons of pages to help fix all the problems that Motorola g pure has. I saw a page with twenty five normal issues and the ones I'm having witch are a lot where not on this list. The very first day is f having this phone u turned it on and it crashed. Once I fixed that I go a mssl

In fact, even if they were gonna pay me to have it and use it, as pissed as I get at it they'd have to pay me more than the phone and service together is worth preferably weekly, but idk monthly.. And this is coming from someone who picks up cans to try making a few bucks..... I honestly don't have a way to express my (Moto G) Pure hatred that I feel boiling inside me, hotter and hotter everytime I even think of it, like a sting or a shock everytime I even think "where's my pho......OhhhhhhnnNNOO!!" It literally and completely honestly has been one of the greatest single source stressors of my life, and that's comparing to an unknowable amount of terrible experiences I have consistently been through.. I gotta stop here.
