Motorola Android

Back in August Motorola outed a provisional list of its smartphones that would be receiving the Android 13 update. It consisted of ten devices, which for a brand with Motorola's portfolio really isn't that many.

Motorola expands its list of devices getting Android 13

Today, thankfully the company has issued an expanded list, through an agent on its official forums, in response to a question from one of our readers. So, without further ado, here's the new list, now containing 20 smartphones, double the initial amount.

• Motorola Razr (2022)

• Motorola Edge 30 Ultra

• Motorola Edge 30 Pro

• Motorola Edge+ 5G UW (2022)

• Motorola Edge 30 Fusion

• Motorola Edge 30 Neo

• Motorola Edge 30

• Motorola Edge (2022)

• Motorola Edge 20 Pro

• Motorola Edge 20

• Motorola Edge (2021)

• Motorola Edge 20 Lite

• Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2022)

• Motorola Moto G 5G

• Motorola Moto G82 5G

• Motorola Moto G72

• Motorola Moto G62 5G

• Motorola Moto G52

• Motorola Moto G42

• Motorola Moto G32

The agent in question also mentioned that "select devices" will begin receiving the update "in early 2023". Nothing more detailed than that, so it's still unclear how much waiting you have left to do if you own one of these, especially the lower-end handsets which we're sure won't be prioritized. Anyway, we'll let you know if more information appears.

Thanks for the tip, Sasa Petrovic!
