Motorola Edge 30 Fusion - user opinions and reviews

Used Edge 30 Fusion for a month now. Good phone all around, even the camera is pretty good, especially for Moto. The battery life is about 5 screen-on hours, but that's within two days. Loud and clear speakers, fast response. Android 13 is fine, why bother upgrading to 14, it won't change nothing for most of us.

I don't think there's any comparable device at its current price range. The new 50 fusion is a huge downgrade.

In my country, I found a deal where this phone costs 250 euros. I repeat once again. 250 euros. For snapdragon 888+. And somewhat compact width size (72mm). I know snapdragon 888+ has overheating issues, but at this price point I got it without question and I feel like I robbed a bank or something. I can always power limit the chipset so it won't overheat

Couldnt find small phones with active custom roms, my pixel 5 died suddenly so bought this over s21 fe or 6a or edge 40. Is slimmer and has active custom rom development, not mediatek, manages heat with internal heat sink, bluetooth connection is not very reliable with distance. Good battery life. Camera better without AI.

It would be nice to get Android 14. I was on the January patch and received the March patch a couple of days ago. I was expecting it to arrive with Android 14. I wonder if that means we'll be waiting until May.

It is a superb phone ! I had it for almost a year and it ticks all the boxes.
Some cons:
- Heats up while watching YouTube or on call
- Battery life isn't that great

Hell, strange this has 6 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage, anyway, PixelOS 14 got support for this phone, so if you don't want to wait for a long time to update, PixelOS has got your back

It's done differently for different ports of GCam but for example for BSG GCam it's:
Settings -> Configuration of modes -> Camera modules -> Exposure correction. Set HDR+ Enhanced correction to x2 ISO
And for BigKaka GCam (v 9.1) it's:
Settings -> Lens setting -> Main lens -> Image processing -> Profile 1 -> Extended Settings. Set NS Max Exposure Time to 240 ms. THEN you have to activate Profile 1 using the Profiles button on top toolbar in the viewfinder.
Note that Max Exposure Time setting is not available in all GCam ports and versions.
