It started just a few days after I got the phone and before I had a case. I am also experiencing issues whenever it is charging and have to reboot after almost every charge. There is much to like about this phone but it is unacceptable that it shuts itself off in the middle of the night so my alarm doesn't go off in the morning. You need to rethink calling BS.

I just went to the Moto forums for the Edge+ 2023 and there was ONE post about the phone resetting. Turns out the guy's case was causing because it overlapped the power key. He got a new case and problem solved. Not a single other report of restarts.

You see we live in a day and age where all we care about are big big numbers and overconsume that which we don't even need. A snappy 8 Gen 2, 8GB LPDDR5 with 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage is blazing quick. IMO a perfect combination at the price point of under $600.

zanezonair, 12 Sep 2023Moto gives 1 to 2 years. OnePlus is giving 4 years of os updates and 5 sec updates for the op11You're wrong they updated their update policies on this phone this is what it looks like now,3 years of Android OS upgrades and 4 years of bi-monthly security updates.

Battery life impressive
Camer daylight can beat with Pixel pro
Night mode not good enough like pixel 7 pro
