Watto61, 14 Jul 2015How to upgrade my Motorola Atrix to Cyanegonmod 12.1 with lollipop 5.1.1 I have this Phone and I install a custom ROM from www.cyanogenmod.com Lollipop 5.1.1
but first you have to root the phone, them has to unblock the bootloader, install a clockworkmod recovery from Cyanogenmod site and download the ROM it´s work with Lollipop perfect !! i also try a ROM of Xiaomi that uses a OS called MIUI very similar to Iphone and works ok too, first root afeter unlock bootloader,

AT&T makes usage of the phone so traumatic. I'm in Ghana and all services relating to AT&T doesn't work. Even the AT&T website doesn't help at all in fact there's no solution there. I've been using the phone for sometime now and not even once was I able to activate my mobile hotspot. Telling me account has not been activated without showing how to activate. In fact using this phone is like hell

I have had my Atrix over 3 years. It is now running Cyanegonmod 12.1 with lollipop 5.1.1 running smoothly. Its a great phone. I had to replace the battery so I installed the high capacity battery and now get 2 days use out of a charge. great phone just wish I could replace it with a newer model

Go to my files. Select the song you want to set as ringtone. Tap the menu dots, select copy. Then select the file for ringtones and select paste here.
Then go into settings, ringtones. find the song in the listed ringtones and select, save.

Hi All.
I buy this cell from Amazon which is at & t unlock cell.
After one month use cell stuck on AT & T logo.
I consult with repair center hardware is good nothing wrong
But I can't use because bit stuck on AT & T logo.please help how can I use or unlock it.I try to use setup it appears device is locked.

This is a great phone. I'm runing CM12 5.0.2 Lollipop with no problem. Upgraded to the 2800mah battery on ebay. If you get one root and unlock the bootloader. Get a custom rom or get rid of all the AT&t bloatware.

This was an EXCELLENT PHONE! only thing it didnt have that made me changes (now years later) is that it DOESNT have NFC (near field communication)
Phone is beautiful, fantastic screen, powerful enough, easy to use, everything worked all the time, not bulky, and VERY DURABLE AND RELIABLE.

Have had MB886 2 years and overall pleased, would like battery to last longer though. Would like to know if I can change out the battery if I buy a new one. Also if a longer lasting battery is available.
