The Moto G22 is rolling out in selected markets in Europe first, and it will also make it to Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia in the coming weeks. Over in Europe, it can be purchased for €169.99. It's already listed by Motorola's German site, although it's not in stock just yet. There's only one RAM/storage combo on offer, 4/64 GB, but you can pick from three colors: Pearl White, Iceberg Blue, and Cosmic Black. A Mint Green option was also announced but isn't listed as of now.
The Moto G22 has a 6.5-inch 720x1600 90 Hz LCD touchscreen and the MediaTek Helio G37 chipset at the helm. This boasts an octa-core CPU with 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 2.3 GHz and another 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 1.8 GHz.
The phone also has microSD expansion support, a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a quad rear camera setup (50 MP main, 8 MP ultrawide, 2 MP depth sensor, 2 MP macro), and a 16 MP front-facing camera. It runs Android 12 and comes with a 10W charger in the box. It's made from durable acrylate polymer and has a water-repellent design. It measures 163.95 x 74.94 x 8.49 mm and weighs 185g.
A beautiful combo of mediatek and Moto that rocks the lower range market.
