China is preparing for another shopping festival - 618, taking place on June 18. During that day JD.com pushes plenty of stock, but other companies join in as well.
Meizu is one of the manufacturers that jumped the hype train and discounted six of its latest smartphones, most of them from the 16 series. The most impressive deal is the flagship Meizu 16s for CNY2,699 or about CNY500 less than usual, which translates to $70.
Among the six discounted smartphones we can see the Meizu 16Xs that was recently introduced and planned to launch on June 10. The Chinese company has priced it below the initially announced - all the memory variants and color options of the three-cam smartphone are CNY199 cheaper.
All the devices are on Meizu’s own website and can be purchased in China in all colors. While some of the phones, including the Meizu Note 9, have temporary low prices, other units like the Meizu 16X, Meizu 16, and Meizu 16 Plus are already permanently discounted, making them even a sweeter deal if you are a fan of the brand.

trust me, you are better of without pie. i was a "FAN" of google updates and "latest" and "best". but i learned a few things recently. companies are shouting "new update, and latest" but it doesn't really make that much of a difference. ...
I have been using the global 16th on T-Mobile since November, it is great except for not having Pie.
I will probably buy Meizu 16 xs. All other midrange/flagship phones are too heavy.
