Alongside the Indian debut of the 16th and M6T Meizu unwrapped a brand new phone - C9. It forgoes a notch with a 5.45-inch 1400x720px LCD and features an Unisoc SC9832E chipset with a quad-core 1.3GHz processor and 2GB of RAM to paint an entry-level picture. The 16GB of storage can be expanded with a microSD card.
The Meizu C9 features a single snapper on each side - a 13MP f/2.2 rear camera and an 8MP f/2.2 selfie one. The battery has 3,000mAh capacity, which should last plenty long with the modest chipset and screen.
The Meizu C9 runs Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and features dual-SIM and LTE support. So far it only available in black.
The Meizu C9 launches today through Amazon India for a limited price of INR 4,999 (€60) but will jump to INR 5,999 (€90) in a week. Amazon buyers will receive INR 2,200 in the form of vouchers while Jio users will get 50GB of added data with the purchase of a Meizu C9.
