The phone is lag after the android 12I feel the recent software updates from LG have diminishing returns as most of them having lot of niggling issues and most importantly optimization issues. This is because after 2020, the year of Android 10 and the last year when LG mobile division were in full force, every other update that arrived henceforth mainly had optimization and many niggling issues. The deep rooted cause was software quality control and with their mobile software division size dramatically reduced from 2021 and dwindling ever since as the resources gets allocated to other divisions ... we get the cause ... and its effect.
It is the reason why both my G8X runs on Android 10 (I downgraded one of them from Android 11 to Android 10), while with cheap and cheerful K42 I took the risk of Android 12 update and hence not so satisfied.

In this case LG had their own policies altough it was blunder for them

We can't do without this smart brand.I have some emotional attachment with their premium products....from Gvseries,V series now I bought Velvet..O-led screen and double Screens a very good deferent I at ions strategy.
