Gave my old V20 to Dad last year... but couldn`t live without it... How am I still alive? Bought myself a new (second hand not refurbished, all original parts, just a scratch on the bezel) one in 2025 : ) for 40 bugs... dual SIM, quad DAC, Yes can connect wired to HDMI via adapter with power delivery, good camera, sharp display, second screen... got 2 new batteries, protection case, screen protector (hint galaxy S24 fits just cut a bit on the bottom)... This thing is as unique as immortal and all I need... PEACE!

Better than the B&O provided earphones, at present is possible to find in the market a wide range of headphone amplifiers, that with their latest DAC, hearing with headphones is a genuine pleasure.

btw thx if u answeringThe best way to listen music is getting the advantage of the built in HI-FI QUAD DAC, through the B&O earphones, Imo.
Also you can get very good results via Bluetooth, with external speakers, if the headphones don't satisfy you.

Im still using V20 in 2024 from 2017 . got some problems in main camera and camera app. And the other lens works , out the camera app "social midea apps " , replaced the battery 3 times and have some glitches between time and time . he ready for 2025 😅

help me, 13 Oct 2024you guys have any solution for my LG V20?, cause i felt so lag , any option? Oreo destroyed the snappiness of My V20. Nougat was a whole different device with no lag. I miss that. I still use V20 on weekends but I've moved on to the V60 the last couple years. Very snappy.

Anonymous, 13 Aug 2024Can anybody tell me how to change my password on lgv20 if it's connected to a google Account, you can try to change that from another device. if it's the phone lockscreen password, idk other than doing a full reset somehow, but obvs that may delete your personal files. might be able to find an ADB over usb plugged into a computer method if you search that up

It has USB3, I personally got video out of it with an adapter, I don't think you can do that with USB2.
For those that still want to use it, look into Perfine batteries, I tired 2 batteries from them and they actually have higher capacity than the original, not as high as they claim but higher. But be careful, I tried other batteries that claim higher capacity and they were lower so look for reviews that show accubattery tests for example.
That said the phone is very slow now, probably not because the chip is that slow but because apps are now designed for newer 8 core chips. In many other ways it's a much better experience compared to new phones. If I could somehow update the internals to modern hardware and security I'd take this over any modern phone, even with the android skin it has right now. I even find the keyboard to be better than most modern phones but that's probably mostly because the phone is wider.

What happened to the specs, after almost a decade you found out you were wrong? I accessed this site quite often, it used to say USBC-3, thus I never understood why newer devices always only came with 2...I still don't as the S5 had 3, if with another connector.
