my advice,don't even think to buy this mobile. the touch screen is nonsense and it will drive you crazy when you will try to touch the name 5 or 6 times to call it.document reader is crippling and you will not be able to read anything. 5 MP camera acts worst than a real 2 MP camera, for all this I decided not to consider LG again

useless phone , fed up with this .. bought from universsal for 14k, Perfroamance service also poor . junk sms, poor tuch screen response, slow , wiil make u mad .....
i,m searchig for a another good phone . obviously not LG...

this is one of the worst phone I have ever used.
1.5 MP camera works worst than nokia 2 MP camera,I always get blurred image.
2.Sms jumbles by itself.
3.call list is not accessible,
4.resently sms incoming and outgoing is blocked,
5.till now each and every part of my mobile is replaced and there is no chance of replacement of this mbile set.
6.sms can be stored in microsoft excel mode which cant be restored in this cell again.
7.touch screen is rubbish,
8.functions are much less as compared to nokia and samsung.
9.services of LG are not good means they will entertain the complains but permanent solution will not be given.
10.with in 6 months my mobile is formetted for 6 times,and each time my important sms are lost,no list is lost.
11.many of a time I recieves each sms for 10-15 times daily.
12.sound is so so
13.only good thing is dual sim......but whats the use of paying 10,000 rs instead of 2-3k.
overall this mobile and company is pathetic plz for god sake dont buy this phone.

Don't buy this phone.SMS are collapsed and confused.

Since I brought this model it is working Very slow response for all the data even any phone number search it will take time for display.
I applied latest version of software from dealer, but response is the same.
If anyone looking this model, go for other one.

i buy ks660 a year ago. today the touch screen problem always irratated me. i dont know if its better to throw this phone. did lg dont care about this issue?

I have a lg phone it has good music quality you could use a usb cord and download free music off your computer on your media center on your phone all you have to do is put the usb in the computer and plug in to your phone and click sync and you are all set and you can take pictures and put it on facebook without the computer.

Dont buy this phone. I bought this and then realised what a blunder I did. Shoul've read the reviews before purchasing. Good things are the 5MP camera, sun light readable screen and dual sim, other than that everything else is useless. The operation, usage and touch screen are absolutely annoying and not at all user friendly. Bought this for around Rs.11k and now I cant even throw it away, :((. If dual sim is the only thing you need, then better go for lower cost basic dual sim phones for Rs.3k. The camera is good, but thats a feature we use once a while. The features that we use every time are so irritating to use.
