i very much don't like this phone. it barley receives text messages, it randomly shuts off and turns back on and its touch screen froze. DON'T GET THIS PHONE.

The Good: The size is perfect (in my opinion). The keyboard is great.
The Bad: Where to start... Don't even think about dialing off the call log without watching the screen to make sure it didn't call someone further down the call list. Use your phone's calendar date planner? Hope you don't live where Daylight Saving Time affects you! Your "smart" phone will change all of your timed schedules for you. If you send out a mass text, make sure you start a new text string before responding to a question from someone on that mass text string. If not, everyone sees your response, but not the particular question (makes it seem like your losing your mind). This phone likes to randomly put itself into "Airplane Mode". I guess it "thinks" I need a little private time. Apex also has a habit of not letting me answer an occasional call. Lets me see the incoming call info, just not swipe to answer. I guess my phone "decided" that person's just not worthy of my time right now! Unresponsive touch pad? Sometimes, if you're "fast", you can get about three or four steps ahead of the pad. Kind of takes you places you may have never been or didn't want to go!
Mechanically, the phone's tough as nails. I've owned it for almost two years and use it in a fairly harsh environment. Seems all of the issues are software related and surfaced from early on. My family own(s/ed) four of these. Same time-frame purchase, completely different user environments. One has completely given itself up (won't turn on, Tech says its over). Makes me wonder if the engineers are high school students or community college drop-outs...

Not a fan of this phone...got it about a year and a half ago when the phone just came out and loved it at first, but over the last 6 months it has started to go downhill. The phone screen will freeze up so I have to take the battery out to restart it, the battery doesn't hold a charge the whole day anymore, the sound quality in call is horrible, the phone storage space is awful...I could go on. I've never been this dissatisfied with an LG phone! I would NOT recommend it!

I have had this phone for awhile now, and love it. its one of the best phones I've ever had. I recently switched to this phone from the Samsung Acclaim, and was very satisfied and surprised at how much better this phone was.

it started out as a good phone, but for some reason i cannot receive regular texts from alot of people. i dont know why. I can recieve a picture message though and i can send picture messages that are recieved by my freinds. I would like to know WHY i can get them from some people and not others. HELP ME!

I hate this phone... you can not set speed dials... you can not adjust the keyboard timeout for the lights.. you can not even ajust the screen sensitivity... I wish they still had the tritan.. that was the best phone LG made!!!

i am trying to find price of a phone , but i cant , do u know what is the price of the phone ? , i found the price on the official site of lg it is around 89 euros but i can t believe it , becouse the phone worths more :D

Anonymous, 20 Dec 2010its a good phone except i dont understand anything with the music...i cant send music and i do... morei love this phone but i agree. i cant bluetooth the songs and it sucks. all my friends are like i want that one and it wont send. it makes me mad but i dont kow. i go to myxer.com and just foward it to them like that. that takes alooot of time though.

its a good phone except i dont understand anything with the music...i cant send music and i dont know how to transfer the music from my SD card into the actual audio on my phone. can someone please tell me if this is possible?

to rizwan, 24 Nov 2010Do you know any good phone from LG? :D You must be joking!LG phones are actually mostly high quality from the ones I have owned. I do not believe any phone company is better than another because they all have their hit and miss records. This phone seems very good and until you buy it and use it, I wouldnt say LG sucks.
