Rog.Hello, You can go to profiles and select the one you're using(I only use General)then click personalise then OK, then click call alert type then OK, and scroll to Silent and click OK to select. Hope this helps...I've had this mobile for a good couple of years and think it's superb! Hope this helps! :)

Great job LG, 30 May 2011I walked into the showroom to buy a Samsung solar 1107 for an elderly person in the house, but... morePress the "Up" button and hold it for 3 secs to turn torch on without going into Menu, etc. Same to turn off....press and hold the "up" button again.

An excellent phone that doesn't pretend to be something it isn't. I don't need a camera/internet access/email all I need is something to stay in touch and this does the job. Great battery life 8/9 days between charges. A small but bright and easy to read screen and nice rubbery keypad that's easy to send texts with (also has T9 predictive text)Another good thing I've found is it pulls in the signals even in areas where coverage can be patchy. All in all my ideal phone...and so good I've even bought a spare!!

I love write SMS TEXT in this phone, it's very good and easy. The battery is amazing... have a flashlight, dont have radio. The only thing i dont like is de capacity for SMS... only 100! But it's not a big problem
