Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus is official, loses the projector

The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus is the company's third member of the Tab 3 family and is designed specifically for binge-watching TV shows and movies. At least that's how Lenovo puts it, but with an 18-hour battery life (9,300mAh), we wouldn't be surprised if they're talking out of experience.

The display is a cool 10.1" in size with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels. Lenovo has also equipped it with front-facing JBL speakers supporting Dolby Atmos technology.

The Yoga Tab 3 Plus is missing the pico projector present on the more expensive Tab 3 Pro, but can nevertheless stream to other devices thanks to Miracast or Bluetooth.

Inside, there's a Snapdragon 652 chipset with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. Lenovo is asking $300 for the Yoga Tab 3 Plus, which will be available in October.
