Worst phone ever. No software updates to kitkat and no priority by the developers. I just hate it now.

I m using lava iris 503 from last year .it is very good every type but flash light is very broken helth by the way I love it.

I have a Lava Iris 503 mobile phone purchased from Flipkart. This phone has a peculiar problem that the MAC address changes when the phone is switched off & on and also randomly. As a result of this the phone can not connect to properly secured home wi-fi network. This is also a security threat s the phone remain virtually untracable due to the ever changing MAC address. The changing MAC address was confirmed using the application "FING".
I wonder whether the Govt. of India evaluators failed to find out this serious flaw in design.
Did any one had this problem? What is the solution?

Nice Stylish look with sleek beauty finish.. everything is good except RAM only 512 MB.... But good in such a cheap price... Value for money.. Using from last one year and NO Complaints yet........... Go for it

I was looking for a phone below Rs. 10, 000 and so I thought of trying the Lava Iris 503. The reviews for this phone are as follows:
* Very slow processor 1.2 Ghz processor
* 5 MP camera with LED flash takes decent pictures
* Just 512 MB RAM which makes the phone really sluggish
* Internal memory is 4 GB ROM which means more space to save my files
* Battery capacity is amazing 2000 mAh lasts for about 7 hours on average use
