It is ideal for use only on social networks, perhaps as a low-end secondary phone it is a good option or for people who do not use very demanding applications.
Personally, I have not had a good experience with the device, it has many factory errors and after a short period of use its screen presents problems either with its touch or with the common ghost effect. To be low-end and with its cost, I recommend saving a little more and buying a device with better performance and processor.

Very recommended for daily casual phone. It suit for people who use social media and online shop. Big storage and cheap price. Perfect as gift to oldman.

Yh it has good features and stuff buh it's not a ga... moreuse ur brain! just from it's pricepoint it's obviously a lowend device for meant for day to day casual use that can run none intensive casual apps & maybe some esports games at acceptable playable performance.
& about ur touchscreen issue or whatever, looks to me u are a wreckless user who couldve dropped the phone & because it suddenly broke come here to cry & give bad review.

The worst phone I've used yet 🥲. Yh it has good features and stuff buh it's not a gaming phone as advertised, you honestly don't want to play high-end games with it. 4+4gb ram?? Nah, it's more like 1+1gb ram cuz my 3gb ram phone runs faster than this. It's so disappointing, in fact the only thing I like about the phone is the storage space, nothing more. I'm even currently facing issues with the screen, there no damage, scratch or nothing buh sometimes the lower half of the screen won't be working and the upper half would be mistouching, I thought it was a software problem and I've tried everything buh nothing's working I'm currently left with three options to either factory reset replace the screen or sell it. I've not even used the phone for upto six months. Did I mention it's a terrible gaming phone? It's the worst choice if you love gaming like I do 🥲💔

isight, 14 Jul 2024next time buy an itel with MediatekI love the phone ooh but I keep having problems with it , like it will just start hanging and someone is tell me buy from mediatek, what is the difference o cuz me I don't understand I bought the phone new and when it was still in the carton so I don't know which one is mediatek again nhi

This is a really nice phone
I just got it but was a bit scared of some reviews and opinions but guyyy this phone is too smooth.Like It runs games smoothly,the phone is just like a robot and the battery is very encouraging.Camera tried Sha and is clear but front cam isn't very bright but is okay.Itel S23 is so powerful.
Thanks itel,more nice products and it comes with itel cloud and sharp security.Sensors are really fast and the phone browses the internet well.

Anonymous , 19 May 2024I got this phone weeks ago, but the fingerprint stop working Yea. That's one thing about the itel 23. Other than that it's a nice phone. What I've noticed is that if you restart it, it will function fine again. The first time mine did that I was afraid. But it's done so a couple of times and all I do is restart it. It works just fine for me . I hope this helps

Please why does my phone hand , sometimes it's will just stop working or I won't be able to press anything on the screen one time it stopped pressing at all I had to flash the phone for it to start working again what's the use of a phone of 128gb if I can even use quarter of it and it will start hanging
Everytime you are updating the phone yet nothing is changing I have used itel almost all my life but this is the one that gave me soon much problems
When buying it I had other options but I wanted to stick to itel and now I'm seriously regretting that decision because I haven't even used quarter of my storage and the phone has started giving me issues again
Please why would you make a phone of 128gb yet you can enjoy the storage fully I love the phone but this is disappointing I can't even use xender normally
I expect to see a change to whatever is wrong with the phone by the next update please
