Infinix Zero X Neo is a amazing phone. Is some one know when the next update is coming actually I want to upgrade my android version 11 to 12 or 13 but there is no update from long time is any one help me in this

mine still good in 2024.. smooth, once got restarting problem in 2023/2022 but i factory reset it by entering mode something like computer dos since it keep restart so cant do factory reset normaly, it good after that, if not mistake long holding vol up n power during it restart, cant really remember, something like computer dos thing appear.. just search youtube

This phone is still good in 2023 and also good for gaming no cap.
Also for those who having issue like auto restarting,i suggest to change your battery or fix it on phone service service center
I also had issue this before but its fixed now

Comment after a year and half using the phone
Pros:
- so far so good
- Large screen
- Battery last long
Cons:
- Charger will not break out cause the battery inflated
- Battery inflate causing the the main charge cable broken cause mobile phone can not charge
- Carlcare service is living in the 90s, didn't knowing now is 2023, they didn't care about customer data security. if you are not care about your personal data leakage, just send the phone to Carlcare you will know after that.

does anyone have battery problem. my infinix zero x neo have charging problem . its charge for 0.5sec and uncharge in 0.5 sec. this problem repeated and i can't charge my phone anyone can tell me if i can go to smartphone shop to fix it or it can't be fixed
