I got mine for almost 3 years now. Recently, my charging port is not charging well and when I use other charger it is slow to charge. It usually charge for less than an hour but not it takes me to charge for like 3-5 hrs. I am planning to get it fixed and hoping it will get fixed. This phone kinda needs to stay with me for a long time as I still don't have the funds to buy a new one. I am also planning to buy another charger. Idk how to approach this problem but I'm hoping for the best.

Still rocking this midrange powerhouse in 2025, the main and selfie cameras grab stellar pictures even without GCam! No issues with battery life get about 10hrs SOT on extensive use. Never regret a bit by sticking to android 11

I can't unlock the phone with biometrics anymore because it is missing from the settings. Restarting the phone doesn't work. How to solve this problem?.

Hi, Just want to confirm something, I got my infinix zero 5g. I got this around 2021 I think. Never fell off ground or water. But its finger print and vibrate suddenly doesnt work anymore, again no physical damage has made. The last update I was able to get is from october 2023 and no more available update after that. Could those isse mentioned may cause by outdated software?

After Using Both Of This Phone Version ( i mean 2022 and 2023 version ) i found something that the 2022 version is the best imo...
The camera is such a downgrade on 2023 version, yet it has better chipset than the 2022 version, but all i want to say is 2022 has the best features than the 2023... ( Speaker is still awful in both version🫠 )

Kashyap, 26 Aug 2024Android version 13 update release date ?Not gonna happen, even if it was coming i'd stay on A11. Updating to a newer OS may be great for better security, but not gonna be completely free of bugs like the buggy A12 update. But we can always dream!

You should fixed the Every time I played Call of Duty Mobile or any online games and one major problem that I encountered most of the time, is that while playing in the middle of the game it suddenly goes back to the home screen and I need to re-log it so that I can finish my game. Additionally, I would suggest that on the next update it should be focused on enhancing the gaming experience and the features of the phone, especially the protection or the firewall of the phone to protect the users information of unknown viruses.... I hope that the next update would be able to help and have a good experience for the users...

Terrible network reception! Almost useless without access to wifi. I'll never buy an infinix again.

Well this is a great phone, working like charm, didn't encountered any issues till now. I have one query has anybody tried using 512GB or 1TB microsd card in this phone? I am looking to upgrade storage by purchasing microsd card, but 256GB looks little less, so I was looking for bigger option like 512GB or 1TB, but it's mentioned that this phone only supports 256GB,but i have seen many phones with same configuration supporting even 1TB card...... One example of that is tecno pova 5g.....so can we use 512GB or 1TB card with this phone??? Someone please answer me.....

Pel, 01 Aug 2023After 8months of using infinix I've encounter a lot of issues, my apps automatically clos... moreI have had the Infinix Zero for about a year. It works well and I play game on it too. I have no issues at all.
In fact I have used Infinix phones for the past 6 years and they all worked fine. The only issues is after 2 years, the battery becomes weak and I am unable to get genuine battery replacement so I end up replacing the phone.
