Okay, The first time I bought this phone is me having without tech tok knowledge, I loved this phone because of that in the first time. Now I regret it after a week, I wanted to return it but it was too late because It was a week ago, the problems I faced is the OS, I mean all of them. Coming from the phone physically itself, the first problem from it was the scratches even tho it was protected with a screen protector and the phone frame itself. I regret it all, I wanted to switch now but I have no more money to switch it. And also these types of buttons sucks, volume button broke and stuff.

Got this last year. No support from Infinix. Their website is a joke. All links to support, user manual etc are dead. The only working link I've found is to a basic FAQ page. It's still running Android 14, despite 15 being released about 6 months ago & Infinix claiming to provide 2 major software updates with the phone.
Mine was bought in England, but there is no option in system settings to select this country (England/ UK/ Great Britain) for language etc, so the next best choice is USA, which means the date format is wrong & the holidays shown in their apps are also wrong. I don't know why it has this issue, but assume this phone has been deliberately restricted to deter sales in the UK?
Other features are generally quite good, with the acception of only an average camera & speakers, though I could do without the additional Infinix bloatware.

Note 50 was silently released and the 5G support was gone because of the Helio G100 "Ultimate" Chip...

Anonymous, 18 May 2024Infinix Zero 30 5g is better than this one,Dimensity 8020 is a lot better than 7020But when I read lot of reviews about Zero 30, it has a problem in zero 30 where after upgrading to Android 14 it became laggy, opening from shutdown from 1-2minutes to more than 3 minutes, and more.

in comparison the Zero 30 5G has better Chipset Dimensity 8020, better cores where split the big core to 4 and small cores to 4 too. compare to Note 40 Pro+ has Chipset Dimensity 7020, the cores split to 2 and 6, where Big core has 2 and 6 cores to small cores,
But when I did my research on Zero 30 5G, it has a problem where after updating to Android 14 it became laggy and more.
In Note 40 pro+ has any problem like that?

I'd take both of them over the Note 40 Pro+ solely off the fact that they both support HDR 10+ and their chipset don't have that PowerVR GPU. Unless you prioritize the charging speed and option, take the phone with the guranteed Android updates, better screen, and better chipset.
