Vicentramon2 , 16 Apr 2024My Infinix Note 11s restarts 5 times whenever I switch it on.any one there to help me with thiYour ram may be corrupted, backup ur imp files and try doing a format of the phone ans see if that helps, if it does not, then visit a service center because as the restarts happens ur device is internally damaging

Need android 12 update or any security patch update for fix bugs like automatcally restarts etc boost performance plz provide update as soon as possible

The last update for the phone was in May 2023, and there hasn't been any system update since then. I really hope that Infinix company brings a very good system update for this model very soon. There are no issues with the phone except for a little heating problem! But if the system update is not received at the right time, the smartphone may not work well and may face cybersecurity crisis.

Vicentramon2 , 16 Apr 2024My Infinix Note 11s restarts 5 times whenever I switch it on.any one there to help me with thiThis is a common Infinix design issue, related to some connector in mainboard. It is present even in the previous Note model also. For my case every time I was going to make a call, the phone restarted. Need to visit service center, they are going to clean and reattach the connector. Problem will be solved.

It started all of the sudden when I was using Facebook lite app after resetting the phone. Then I uninstalled Facebook lite app and problem was solved. It happened again when I was using Instagram. Then I uninstalled Instagram also. Problem solved again. Now I have to use Facebook and Instagram using chrome

Anonymous, 25 Dec 2023one of thebest phone that I am using for 2.9 yearsGood phone for its price. I bought Infinix Note 11s for its phablet display size used for multimedia consumption. However, I believe there will be no more software updates as I received no OTA updates in last 6 months in India.
