This phone is worth enough, It can utilize all of my needs when it comes to academics and communication efficiently, but i don't like the bloatware because there are too much of it and I barely use it which contributes to slight decline to the performance and unwanted notifications. The charging takes 3H to fully charge starting from 20 percent, and my gaming experience using this were quite bad due to its poor performance, but what can i expect from this phone especially from its price. In overall aspect, this phone is good enough for its price.

Its an amazing phone, charges quick, has a good battery but I don't like the bloatware it comes with and XOS launcher cannot be fully customizable

Immediately I bought hot12I the problems started Frm the screen they have to fix it to the software always in Carlcare to upgrade so annoying to the extend that I couldn't download Frm playstore...some social media apps will work others won't oning and offing phone and airplane mode to the phone rebooting itself every minute just so sad after my suffering on the phone it got stolen eventually😢😢

I bought Infinix HOT 5 and I enjoyed it...... I make the biggest mistake of my life by buying this infinix 12i... So frustrating and just a piece of flat plate calling itself smartphone!!!
.... I can't connect to any WIFI,
.... I can't open any file or document
... Keep deleting my contact at will.
Poor camera quality. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
