Huawei launched the Pura 70 Ultra back in April, and the company is now obviously working on its successor. The Pura 80 Ultra's camera specs have been leaked in China today.
It's said to come with a 50 MP main camera with a 1-inch type sensor and variable aperture, a 50 MP ultrawide, and a "super large" periscope zoom camera with a 1/1.3" type sensor.
As we're still quite far off from the Pura 80 Ultra's unveiling (rumored for Q2 2025, presumably April being the most likely month given its predecessor's launch time), do keep in mind that these rumored specs are on the current prototypes, and changes could occur before mass production starts.
Still, it feels like Huawei is looking to position the upcoming Pura 80 Ultra as a photography powerhouse, which it very well can do with such top of the line specs.

the problem is that most flagships of other companies dropped memory card support
None of these newer models are usable for me, without memory card support. I upgraded from a P10 to P60 because that's their last model with nanomemory support. When it's time for my next upgrade, it won't be a Huawei.
True. They are still pushing innovation where others have gone lazy or complacent or just getting greedy with their margins.
