I love mine, but know is constantly rebooting and sometimes shut down and only starts a few hours later :(

been using this phone for 5 6 years i had great time with it great camera and sharp image but mine stop working the screen turn to green black and went completely dead but still have sound,also after 3 years of use I've noticed my phone is blurry at low light and night mode but the normal cam still looks great and sharp

Still have one, for memory, just with little broken back.
What an incredible story, that so legendary and great phones like P10, P20 Pro and P30 Pro were all from same company - great Huawei glory.

The best phone ever.
Never let me down or freeze.I agree also. The P20 Pro was light years ahead when it came to camera tech in 2018/2019/2022. Running mine since 2018 amazing phone still working perfectly with decent battery life, many drops on concrete over the years and only ever cracked the home button/touch sensor.
Huaweii was and still is above every smartphone manufacturer. Shame they got banned from selling them in the UK. Nobody can touch this company outside of a ban!
P20 is the best phone I’ve ever had and I’ve never had a phone last this long.

I've been using this phone since 2019 and I absolutely love it, its the best phone I've ever had and even still can compete with some newer phones that's currently being released. If it weren't for the OS being old and not having a memory card slot... I'd keep this phone forever. It's truly a beast of a phone, I love how fast it is and the cameras, this phone has never froze on me once and my memory is just holding on. Sad to say I'm moving onto a redmi note 13 pro and I'm hoping it can be as great as this phone was to me. I'll still keep this no doubt. This is truly an amazing phone to have

I got one of this used for cheap to be used as a digital camera. The phone very satisfactory as a camera even against newer phones and very great night shots as well. Some cons is it wasn't so much suitable for heavy gaming, and a few months after using it the screen develop purple spots that grew worse so much that I had to replace it with a cheap oem screen but it still works fine and even better coz the oem screen does not consumes much battery
Another thing to note is if possible don't let the battery go down under 30% cos it tends to shutdown esp at load or overheat. But other than that the phone still works fine.
