Battery life's phenomenal. Especially for such a big screen. Kudos to Gsmarena for presenting the phone display size in square cm. 4 days with light use! It's unheard of. I set the charging limit in battery health menu to 70 percent. And it lasts two days. That's how I will get 5-10 years out of it. I sold the Honor 200 Pro for the Y91, due to Horror having inferior speakers, inferior display (tinted in yellowish green, no matter what you do, pwm giving me a headache), getting hot easily, and having 5.2 Ah battery, while the Y91 has 7 Ah! I spent a week with both phones. I put professionally edited photos from a high resolution Sony camera in both, to compare the screens. That tint on the Horror and uneven sharpness - yuck. I didn't care if them crapoled is much brighter in sunlight, the LCD was decent. Y91 has awesome melodies, especially the Sunlit garden and Bell (for messages). Small tweaks in the OS were also decisive, like showing for how many seconds did the missed call ring...and the automatic manager, and so on. I used Gspace to emulate Google apps, worked better for me than Gbox. Since the phone comes without them. I got many other phones that do have them and I still return to the Huawei everytime.

I have worked with different phones in my life I can safely say this phone is ahead of our times.

Hi the Nova Y91 does the have Googls apps? Such as Google, Google maps? Does the phone support Whatsapp Telegram Facebook?

I have trouble understanding the hate about this phone. It is unique. I returned a Honor 200 Pro, because of inferior speakers, poor battery life, smaller screen with fake crapOLED colours, and overall fragile look. I am a pro photographer, so I always tuned out the best I could, and I don`t need the camera, I always carry one with me. I am a light user, zero gaming, and I get two days battery life, charging it from 20-70%, and with a full charge, almost 4 days. Even in EU roaming! The big real estate of the screen makes it very enjoying to browse info, and the orange-yellow menu and wallpaper colours are plain beautiful. I tried Pura 70 Ultra in the store, but I have trouble seeing what more it can offer me. Since Huawei phones are stuck on Android 12 with inferior SoC. Nevertheless, this is absolutely the best phone for me, and I get regular updates. It was a very hard week until I get used and tweak everything, I was very sorry that I bought it. Now, I just love it. I regularly use Brave browser with some 30 tabs opened, and it does not slow down. The Huawei Find and cloud stuff, I prefer them to Google`s solutions. Some clever software tweaks make this even more enjoyable, like when it shows a missed calls - it informs you for how many seconds the phone ran. Also the built-in optimizer that asks you to delete junk from time to time, unobtrusive. I cannot wait for the successor.

This phone has the unique feature to custom limit charging at 70%. This is incredibly healthy, so is the 5V / 4.5A charging, that works with Kuulaa chargers and with Anker 323. It takes less than an hour from 20-70% and it is still enough for me for two days of light use. It also survived quite a flight from my electric scooter on asphalt, only the screen protector broke. Best speakers in the business, like a home stereo, tall and wide display, low price...need I say more? So many unique features of Harmony OS, like the notification how many seconds did the caller ring for...I could go on and on. I am thinking of buying another one.I would not let go any of these features, let alone the low price, for a 1000 dollars laundry-blueish crapOLED and a glass body expensive phone.

I scored an incredible deal for the phone, some guy bought it and sold it to me after a few days. The screen is very high quality, especially the dark theme. Downloading .apk files and installing them is a breeze. Accubattery pro integrates with the OS, unlike on Harmony OS 2 (I have a tablet). What is most impressive are the speakers! Loud and incredibly clear for the price. There is bass, also separation and detail, way better than my HTC 10, I could not believe it! 6+ for the phone. It is very comfortable in hand. I find the EMUI very intuitive, and I appreciate that there is a slider to limit charging to 70-80-90%. Most phones do not have 70% as an option. There are cheap matte screen protectors on Aliexpress for 5-6 dollars for a 3 piece set. I tried dozens and dozens of phones over the last two years (I live between the two malls in my city), and nothing comes even close.

This is the year of 2024, I don't know how this electronical rubbish was even developed and later manufactured for EUR 280. Snapdragon 680 is a completely rubbish in the year of 2024 which can not surpass Snapdragon 835 released in 2016, which means, Snapdragon 680 is almost 8 years out-dated in performance. Please don't even consider of buying it.

Huawei nova y91 is good phone in my opinion nice battery big screen one problem is the chipset s680 not enough for that phone it can be helio g88 or g99. thats all

The Huawei 91 is a good phone, if you consider all the specs with the price, you get alot of phone that doesn't bankrupt you. Excellent battery, very good camera, user friendly. Sure there is room for improvement just like any other phone, but if small things can irritate you, you should do your research before you buy a phone, any phone. I for one am happy with mine.
