The U20 5G comes as the latest midrange offering in HTC’s lineup and the company's first phone to boast 5G connectivity. It’s built around a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD with a punch-hole cutout for the 32MP selfie cam. It also boasts a 20:9 aspect ratio.

There is a beefy 5,000 mAh battery with 18W wired charging through the large cell has its drawbacks as the device weighs in at a hefty 215 grams. The phone boots Android 10 and also packs NFC.
