The worst drawback I can tell you from my experience with using one. The maintenance of this mobile is not friendly. I got my mobile screen broken, and the bad experience started with the maintenance. first of all, you have to remove everything including the battery to replace the screen because the data cable is connected from front to back. secondly, the glue is everywhere on the mobile. Another drawback is the spare parts of this mobile other than the screen won't be available in the whole middle east region.

From legends to almost forgotten, seems like the new phones are tainting the legacy of what HTC was, I remember a time when I goty hands on the m7, there was nothing on the market that could even come close to it....!!!

It still works like new. The battery isn't as strong as it once was. I just purchased a U20 from eBay. I'm waiting for it to arrive. I bought it thinking it's likely to be the last HTC I'll own. I've been a loyal HTC customer since the M7 and I'm sad to see them leave the smartphone market. Get one while you still can.

Weird why people don't buy HTC phones.
Tried many other brands like Samsung, LG..all start making problems in less thana year, not durable!
I have the U11 since 4 years and a half, it's still working smoothly despite I used it very aggressively especially recording many thousands of videos and photos, and it fell many many times but I have the spigen cover that protects it, still the phone is very solid. I won't buy any other brand than HTC. Sadly they don't seem manufacturing new models! Thinking of buying U20 8/256gb what is your honest feedback guys?

Yossarian, 23 May 2021It has 5 cameras, why lie?4 in the back, 1 in the front. That's 5 total cameras. Not lie. I've been holding my U20 everyday and I know mine has 5.

Mohdsm, 02 Jul 20215G phone with fingerprint scanner at the back.... What were they thinking 📺📺The fingerprint scanner in the back, is what I loved about the phone. I can discretely unlock the phone without people knowing that scanning my fingerprint already. And since I have my 4 fingers always at the back side of the phone (except my thumb), very convenient to use my pointing finger or index finger for fingerprint scanning.
