I bought this phone in May 2020, never used mobile data before. I was on the road and needed to use whatsapp and bought data for the phone I couldn't place or receive whatsapp call. I believe you need to recall these phones and refund people there monies. The camera is excellent. Though

I using 3 years of this phone they have no one software update didn't coming this phone very very worst phone forever I have 1000s of time report this phone they had no response for me the display settings and camera flash light have not working this phone very very worst battery life they have extremely heating issue this heating is like iron box my money waste to spend this phone any time I using the phone charge plugin I have very scared of this phone look which time this phone are blast I lost money for this mobile.

Worst Phone I Have Ever Used ...I Bought It In 2016 ...in 2017 itself the battery problems have arised ...i have changed the battery for 4 times till 2020 ..after 2 years bluetooth ..Wifi..Hotspot have stoped Working..And There is no software updates ...

I have bought bad devices in the past but HTC e9 plus ranks as the worst first of all because it was expensive but worst of all is because the device services kept failing like Bluetooth,WiFi,GPS I would never touch a HTC device with a 40 footpole again.Plus the company hardly gives updates for their phones.Annoying brand.

Hotspot will not work
Software will not upgrade without going to service center etc
